Our Story

Family Owned and Operated Since 1986. DeAndra Hairston is the Chef and Owner for Triton. The catering company was passed down from her grandfather William Ralph Shouse in 2006. The Shouse’s were well known in the Winston Salem & triad area by churches and familes for their down home country cooking and hospitality. Once Mr. Shouse was laid to rest, DeAndra carried on the catering tradtion. After completing credentials she changed the name of the buisness to Triton Catering & Creations to honor her late father Keith “TritonPlayer” Shouse. With numoures dishes added in all categories and making sure her family was on her team, she relauched the buisness with a whole new meaning and look. DeAndra and the Triton team now shares with other familes, the triad area with the efforts and hope of expanding to other states.
